Welcome, I’m glad you’re here.

I was born and raised in the Netherlands. My father is Greek, and my love for cooking comes from him. Food has always been a way for me to connect with people and culture. Being in my 50s has opened a new chapter in how I want to live and work.

Over the years, I’ve followed what I love most. I ran my own dog training school in the Netherlands for more than ten years and worked as a university-trained dog behaviour therapist, also certified by Cesar Millan. I helped people raise puppies, resolve complex behavioural issues, and build strong, balanced relationships with their dogs. Alongside this, I spent five years studying at the Saswitha School for Yoga and Philosophy. After graduating, I taught as a remedial yoga teacher, specialising in breathing therapy for people with physical disabilities, multiple sclerosis, scoliosis, or high-stress professions.

When my daughter and I moved to Barcelona, I continued to expand my work, becoming a professional Integrative Nutrition Health Coach through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in the US. I also specialised in gut health, hormone health, and stress management.

A few years ago, the father of my daughter, my best friend and someone I still cared for deeply, was diagnosed with bone marrow cancer at just 52. For two years, I witnessed the challenges he faced and the impact it had on my daughter. It was a time of reflection that changed the way I think about health and ageing.

I came to understand how precious it is to be healthy in mind, body, and spirit, and how much lifestyle choices can influence how we age. That experience strengthened my commitment to my own wellbeing and inspired me to focus on nutrition, stress management, hormone health, and inflammation prevention.

Today, I bring together all my experience from yoga and breathing therapy to integrative nutrition and specialised health coaching to support people who want to make real, lasting changes in their lives. I work with those who are ready to step back, listen to their bodies, and create a way of living that is sustainable, balanced, and truly their own.

It is not about collecting more health advice. It is about making choices that work for you and building them into your everyday life in a way that lasts.

This is my mission, and it is the work I feel most called to do.

Namaste,

Dafni Kokotovis
