I wanted to take a moment to review and reflect on my time with Dafni and her Koko To Vision.
I’m a guy in my 50s from Austin, Texas with no experience in the health and wellness ecosystem. Active mindfulness, meditation, breathing, and diet have not been prioritized previously in my life.
After quitting drugs and alcohol in October 2023, there was a noticeable vacuum to be filled, and I began to sneak up on the idea of “why not something healthy”?
I very gradually began to incorporate increased awareness of my diet and basic exercise, (including regular walking after meals) when my friend introduced me to KTV. Initially, I was a little skeptical and uncomfortable as I am definitely not a meditation/yoga type guy, though that feeling was almost immediately mitigated after meeting and visiting with her for the first time. Her genuine kindness and friendliness, coupled with a clear understanding of a person‘s day-to-day life made for a smooth and effortless introduction to the self wellness- ecosystem.
Understanding there was a need for a change in my lifestyle, but not quite sure what that was supposed to look like, she introduced me to very simple concepts that are the foundation of being more self-aware. She was excellent at meeting me where I was without any judgment or expectation. I think of it as maybe going to the gym for the first time with a trainer and being nervous until the trainer has a drink with you before you even start to set you at ease. (not that that could happen, but you get the idea;-)
In the wake of these initial sessions, I came to understand the value of breath work, mindfullness and diet without feeling pressured to make wholesale changes all at once, but to just be aware of these things daily and understanding the fact of being aware is and of itself a step in the right direction.
For me in my daily life as a producer and musician, I was able to find some subtle grounding balance throughout my hectic days after incorporating simple, basic breathing and stillness techniques that she had shared with me through our weekly sessions. I was completely surprised to find out how much of a return there was in such a tiny investment that begins with the simple act of consciously taking just a few minutes to be aware of one’s self.
This being my first experience with any kind of health – oriented community, I can say she was, and continues to be nothing but welcoming and accommodating by expressing a genuine interest in my exploration of this space, and of myself, as a newbie.
I remain grateful for having been introduced to her, and even though I am still very busy in my day today life, I feel more equipped to deal with daily stresses and deadlines because of the micro-awarenesses i’ve learned through her intuitive guidance.
On a side note, being from Texas, I find her European demeanor and worldview to be engaging, unique, and fascinating – she’s super cool and clearly has found her calling. I’m glad to be a part of it – highly recommend!
Thanks Dafni and KoKo To Vision✌️
Best,

I have struggled with anxiety my whole life, especially over the last 5 months of grad school. But thanks to Dafni's health program, I haven't had an anxiety attack in two months!
I am a health coach studying lifestyle medicine and have been meditating and practicing yoga for several years. But I am human, I am not perfect, and I am still healing. We teach what we want to learn, and Dafni has been an amazing teacher and guide on my path.
With my background, I know the science of behavior change. Resetting your nervous system doesn't happen overnight. The true key to my success? My willingness to show up consistently.
Practice makes progress, but you must actually show up and practice. More consistency equals more success.
Dafni makes this simple. She helps you calm your nervous system with practical baby steps and morning meditations that are literally better than medication.
If you are ready to show up for yourself, this community will change your life. Progress, not
perfection! — Harmony
